Cedar Rose or the Pinecone Flower
Rarely found intact but often sought
By those who know what to look for.
It’s natural beauty is unmatched
By pinecone or flower alone.
Careful when you hold them
As - though they survived
The fall from their tree -
They can easily break
In your uncertain hands.
A unusual bloom
Stiff and rough as bark
instead of silk smooth petals.
Could not agree more
